Senior Mobile Development Analyst – Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance for the development of Flutter mobile applications by defining architecture and standards.

• Ensure the architecture and scalability of mobile applications through the establishment of standards, modularization, and state management strategies.

• Conduct code reviews to encourage best practices in development.

• Create critical and complex features utilizing design patterns and high-performance standards.

• Establish strategies for testing, observability (including Crashlytics and Analytics), and monitoring.

• Oversee app publishing, versioning, and distribution on Google Play and the App Store, including CI/CD processes.

• Collaborate with technical leads to design solutions and integrations.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and continuous improvements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dart and Flutter (widgets, responsive layouts, Material/Cupertino).

• Knowledge of state management frameworks (Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).

• Experience with REST/JSON API consumption, including error handling and loading states.

• Familiarity with Firebase integration (including push notifications, Analytics, and Crashlytics).

• Experience with local storage solutions (SQLite/Isar/Hive, SharedPreferences).

• Proficient in version control using Git.

• Experience in app publishing and maintenance on Google Play and the App Store.

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture (including Clean Architecture, modularization, and DDD) and design patterns.

• Advanced skills in native integration (platform channels, custom plugins) for both iOS and Android.

• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Fastlane, Codemagic), build automation, and distribution.

• Familiarity with automated testing strategies (unit, widget, and integration testing) and code quality practices.

• Understanding of performance, mobile security, and production observability.

• Completed higher education in Information Technology (Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields).
