Senior Mobile App Engineer – Android

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance high-quality, efficient, and dependable Android applications.

• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to define, design, and execute new features.

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into technical tasks.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Implement automated testing to guarantee application quality.

• Continuously assess and enhance application performance, stability, and security.

• Engage in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in native Android application development utilizing Kotlin.

• Familiarity and comprehension of the MVVM architectural pattern.

• Experience with Jetpack components.

• Proficiency in Kotlin Coroutines and Kotlin Serialization.

• Strong grasp of SOLID principles.

• Experience in building intricate and optimized user interfaces.

• Understanding of Material Design Guidelines and fundamental UX principles.

• Published applications on Google Play.

• Self-reliance and a strong sense of accountability.

• Willingness to undertake a test assignment.

• Experience with Jetpack Compose (preferred).

• Portfolio of work available on GitHub / Bitbucket (preferred).

• Experience with Flutter, MPP, or React Native (preferred).

• Experience in developing custom libraries / SDKs (preferred).
