Android Developer – Latam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop native Android applications for ongoing projects.

• Engage in comprehensive mobility solutions, ranging from consulting and improvement plans to advanced solutions.

• Manage applications throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to publication in app stores.

• Collaborate with teams and individuals on knowmad mood projects.

• Work on projects involving augmented reality, geolocation, security, and media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a native Android application developer using Java and Kotlin.

• Proficient in Android Studio and its associated tools.

• Experience with API calls using Retrofit 2.

• Familiarity with Git and GitFlow.

• Extensive knowledge of the native player and its lifecycle (Exoplayer).

• Preferred: Knowledge of AndroidTV development.

• Understanding of Google Play Services and Google Assistant.

• Experience with any metrics/analytics SDK (Adobe, Comscore, Firebase Analytics, etc.).

• Knowledge of AdServer platforms (SpotX, Ooyala, Freewheel, SmartAdServer, etc.).

• Experience with video or audio advertising.

• Ability to configure builds with Gradle and set up flavors.

• Knowledge of RX, Dagger, dependency injection, and Jetpack.

• Experience in developing for a media platform.
