Senior Medical Writing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create project timelines, standards, budgets, and forecasts.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.

• Track timelines and provide regular status updates.

• Identify and address client management challenges.

• Ensure adherence to quality processes.

• Lead projects involving Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and other essential clinical research documents.

• Produce high-quality, compliant medical writing project outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably a BS/BA in a scientific discipline with 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.

• Experience in managing medical writing or clinical projects.

• Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.

• Experience in regulatory and/or plain language medical writing is a plus.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and thrive under pressure.

• Solid skills in project management, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficient understanding of global and regional regulatory guidelines.
