Senior Medical Writing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee patient-focused medical writing initiatives centered on Informed Consent Forms (ICFs)

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional groups

• Handle project schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, and contract adjustments

• Guarantee timely delivery and uphold the quality of projects and documents for both internal and external clients

• Cultivate client relationships and address client management challenges

• Design, track, and modify project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Act as a liaison with other departments regarding contract changes

• Facilitate team meetings and maintain regular communication to ensure timelines, resources, and quality are upheld

• Prepare and oversee timelines, providing status updates to escalation points

• Review projects utilizing tracking and management tools

• Assess, escalate, and resolve any risks impacting project quality, budget, or timeline

• Ensure adherence to quality processes and requirements

• Review and manage project performance metrics
