This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the field-based Medical Affairs representative to the external medical community.

• Establish and sustain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, and other external stakeholders.

• Share scientific and medical information pertinent to BeOne’s therapeutic areas, products, and pipeline.

• Plan, develop, and implement Medical Affairs tactics and activities within the designated geographic area.

• Gather, analyze, and convey actionable medical insights, emerging trends, and unmet medical needs.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and other internal teams while ensuring medical independence and compliance.

• Provide accurate, non-promotional scientific exchange and convey complex scientific information to HCPs and KOLs.

• Address unsolicited medical information inquiries and present data on products, clinical developments, and publications.

• Support and participate in local, national, regional, and international scientific congresses and events.

• Identify, map, develop, and sustain engagement plans for medical experts and institutional networks.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and cooperative groups.

• Propose, initiate, implement, and monitor scientific partnerships with clinical sites and hospitals.

• Engage in the planning and execution of medical events, congresses, and advisory boards.

• Identify and validate investigators and clinical sites for company-sponsored clinical trials.

• Participate in site feasibility assessments, clinical trial site planning, onboarding, and follow-up activities.

• Act as the primary territory liaison for Investigator Sponsored Research proposals from concept submission through publication.

• Provide scientific input and field-based feedback to shape and support Medical Affairs strategies.

• Plan, organize, and lead local medical meetings.

• Offer scientific and medical expertise to cross-functional teams.

• Organize local scientific events, review scientific literature, and develop or deliver scientific training and medical updates to the Field Sales Force.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute a medical plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 6 years’ experience.

• A proven track record in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Ideally possess relevant clinical, scientific, and/or medical affairs experience in the pertinent therapeutic area.

• Experience in medical affairs, with previous roles in Lung Cancer and/or upper-GI Cancer.

• Prior experience with Immune checkpoint inhibitors is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Profound understanding of the relevant therapeutic area landscape and local market dynamics.

• In-depth knowledge of disease states, differential algorithms for treatment decisions, treatment guidelines, compliance standards, and local/regional regulatory requirements.

• Ability to identify and address unmet medical, educational, and research needs within the medical community.

• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific and clinical data into actionable medical insights.

• Clinical research experience is preferred.

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage projects and/or colleagues in the successful implementation of business-critical projects.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and global environment.

• Exhibits a high degree of emotional intelligence and appreciation of diversity and multiculturalism.

• Proven ability to achieve results with high quality as a strategic and creative thinker.

• Demonstrates the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
