This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.
β’ Deliver equitable, balanced, and objective scientific information and education to opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Act as a recognized scientific and clinical knowledge authority for current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products within the therapeutic domain.
β’ Keep abreast of scientific advancements and treatment trends in relevant therapeutic fields.
β’ Provide research assistance for both company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research initiatives.
β’ Cultivate external connections with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
β’ Oversee and enhance the geographical territory.
β’ Create and sustain a strategic plan for the territory, encompassing educational initiatives with opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, institutions, and community practices.
β’ Collaborate in a compliant manner with field-based partners to support healthcare providers and positively influence patient outcomes.
β’ Execute activities in alignment with regulatory and healthcare compliance standards.
β’ Travel mainly within the assigned geographic area, with occasional trips outside of it.
β’ Exhibit strategic territory planning, strong scientific expertise, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Assist department operations and partner with internal teams.
β’ A PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, or PA with 2+ years of relevant experience in neurology, immunology, and/or neuromuscular fields.
β’ 2β4 years of MSL experience, and/or 2β3 years of pertinent work experience (clinical or research) and/or related pharmaceutical experience.
β’ Travel requirement of approximately 60%, including overnight and weekend travel as necessary.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Preferred: Experience with product launches in the rare disease sector.
β’ Preferred: Extensive experience in delivering presentations.
β’ Ability to perform activities in compliance with current regulatory and healthcare guidelines.
β’ Foundational skills in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination.
