This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target region, achieving established work goals.
• Establish and maintain regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as required by the company.
• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.
• Promptly report any adverse events related to the company's products discovered during daily work, and assist with necessary information collection for PV if needed.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the fields of hematological oncology, biological agents, or specialty drugs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in foreign enterprises.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.
• Strong communication and language expression abilities.
• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
