Senior Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target area, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish routine academic communication channels with healthcare professionals, engaging in ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policies and effectively implement the company's marketing strategies.

• Promptly report any adverse events related to company products encountered during daily work and, if necessary, assist in the collection of required information for pharmacovigilance (PV).

• Follow applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in daily work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Two years or more of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in hematology, biologics, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in foreign enterprises.

• Possess excellent academic professionalism and strong judgment skills.

• Good communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the work, responsible, and capable of handling work-related stress.

• Demonstrate teamwork and a strong work ethic.
