This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Promote company products academically within the designated region and meet predefined work goals.
• Develop consistent academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete all required company reports.
• Gather insights on market trends and product-related developments in accordance with company compliance guidelines.
• Implement company marketing strategies in strict alignment with OEC policy.
• Promptly report any product-related adverse events encountered during daily activities.
• Support Pharmacovigilance (PV) in gathering necessary information as required.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Exhibit company values, integrity, and compliance principles in the workplace.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty pharmaceuticals, or the broader pharmaceutical industry.
• Preference for candidates with experience in a foreign-funded organization.
• Outstanding academic and professional qualifications.
• Strong judgment skills.
• Proficient communication and language expression abilities.
• A passion for the role coupled with a strong sense of responsibility.
