This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Advocate for the company's products in an academic context within the designated area and meet specified performance targets.
• Develop consistent academic communication pathways with healthcare professionals.
• Engage in ongoing and standardized sharing of medical and product-related information.
• Fulfill reporting obligations as mandated by the company.
• Gather insights on market trends and product-related developments in line with company compliance standards.
• Implement company marketing strategies while adhering to the OEC policy.
• Timely report any adverse events associated with company products and support Pharmacovigilance in collecting necessary information when needed.
• Abide by relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while maintaining the company's values and principles of integrity.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty medicines, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferred experience in a foreign-funded organization.
• Outstanding academic and professional qualifications.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in language expression.
