Senior Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the targeted area, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish and maintain regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals, conducting ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Gather market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Adhere strictly to the company's Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively execute the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products discovered in daily work, and cooperate with Pharmacovigilance to collect necessary information when required.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while embodying the company’s values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the fields of hematology oncology, biologics, or specialty drugs.

• Preference for candidates with experience in foreign enterprises.

• Exceptional academic expertise coupled with strong judgment skills.

• Excellent communication and verbal expression abilities.

• Passionate about the job, responsible, and capable of handling work-related pressure.

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and perseverance.
