This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Promote the company's products academically within the designated area and meet set work goals.
• Develop and maintain consistent academic communication with healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate regular, standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete all required reports as mandated by the company.
• Gather insights on market trends and products in accordance with company compliance guidelines.
• Implement company marketing strategies while strictly adhering to the OEC policy.
• Timely report any adverse events associated with company products and assist in the collection of PV information as necessary.
• Follow all relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Uphold the company's values, integrity, and compliance principles in the workplace.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of two years of experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical sector.
• Previous experience in a foreign-invested company is preferred.
• Exceptional academic and professional skills with strong decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in communication and language expression.
• A genuine passion for the role, a strong sense of responsibility, and the capability to work effectively under pressure.
