This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products in the target region and achieving established work objectives.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to engage in continuous and standardized exchange of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as required by the company.
• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plan.
• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products discovered during daily work, and cooperate with Pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information when required.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in daily work.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Two years or more of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in hematology oncology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.
• Previous experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment capabilities.
• Good communication and language expression skills.
• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
