Senior Medical Information Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist the Medical Information team in managing initial inquiries related to adverse events and medical information in English.

• Deliver approved responses to medical questions from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients, which includes call handling.

• Detect, document, and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy and other special situation events, as well as product quality complaints within specified timeframes.

• Monitor and comprehensively document medical information inquiries in the Medical Information database.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and inquiry metrics.

• Support regulatory inspection readiness for the company's pharmacovigilance system.

• Engage in pharmacovigilance inspections or audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).

• Over 2 years of professional experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance.

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center setting (sales/customer service).

• Proficient in English.

• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.

• Additional language proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to summarize complex scientific data into easily understandable formats.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage phone inquiries and provide out-of-hours service if necessary.
