
Senior Media Planner, B2B Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic, from initial planning to reallocations, optimizations, and incremental investment scenarios.
• Evaluate performance metrics to inform cross-channel budget distribution throughout the marketing funnel.
• Formulate recommendations regarding media mix, audience and account targeting, creative strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Conduct audience, competitive, and market research utilizing tools such as 6sense or Demandbase, Pathmatics, GWI, Resonate, and platform insights.
• Collaborate with activation, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Engage with client marketing, sales, and RevOps teams on defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target account lists, and media-sourced lead/account flows.
• Monitor pacing and performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead testing and learning initiatives, documenting the findings.
• Create cross-channel performance forecasts.
• Present insights, performance updates, and recommendations through client-facing presentations, reports, and planning documents.
• Manage relationships with media vendors and platform partners, including evaluating partners, negotiating rates and added value, and holding vendors accountable.
• Suggest new vendors, channels, and formats for testing purposes.
• Track platform incentives, rebates, credits, and beta programs.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, including RFP responses and prospect audits.
• Build expertise in client industries, buyer journeys, and the B2B media landscape.
• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, and plan development.
• Remain informed on emerging platforms, B2B media trends, and best practices.
• 3-5 years of experience in paid media planning, management, or digital strategy within an agency or B2B marketing context.
• Multi-channel experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, DV360, or similar.
• Proven experience in developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns targeting both brand and demand objectives.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel media planning, audience strategy, and performance measurement throughout the customer journey.
• Experience collaborating with analytics teams on tracking, reporting frameworks, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with attribution methodologies and measurement frameworks.
• Experience working directly with media vendors and platform representatives, including evaluating proposals and negotiating terms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, as well as media reporting platforms.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
