Senior Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the comprehensive advertising strategy utilizing Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a varied client portfolio.

• Develop, enhance, and expand campaigns to surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Examine performance metrics and provide guidance for strategic adjustments.

• Facilitate client calls and strategy discussions as a reliable partner and advisor for growth.

• Keep an eye on Amazon beta programs, policy updates, and new platform functionalities.

• Work in conjunction with creative, DSP, reporting, SEO, branding, and retail strategy teams.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists.

• Establish performance expectations and manage team priorities effectively.

• Ensure the execution of high-quality campaigns and deliver excellent client results.

• Update clients on new Amazon tools and avenues for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).

• Over 2 years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.

• Proficient in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or proprietary internal platforms.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing ROAS, driving revenue growth, and exceeding performance objectives.

• Experience in managing several brands or client accounts simultaneously.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Strategic and hands-on mindset towards campaign management.

• Data-driven and inquisitive, committed to continuous testing, learning, and optimization.

• Strong and confident communication abilities for client-facing roles.

• Capability to lead, coach, and nurture a team of 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists.
