Senior Media Buyer – Adult

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand paid media campaigns on prominent adult advertising platforms.

• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from €150,000 to €200,000 while ensuring profitability targets are met.

• Initiate, test, and refine campaigns across diverse geographies and traffic sources.

• Conduct tests on creative assets, funnels, landing pages, and target audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Track key metrics such as CTR, CVR, eCPA, eCPL, ARPU, retention, and ROI.

• Expand successful campaigns and phase out underperforming traffic sources.

• Utilize tracking platforms like Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, or similar for precise tracking and optimization.

• Collaborate with the Media Buying team to pinpoint growth opportunities and exchange performance insights.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, advertising formats, platform updates, and compliance standards.

• Propel sustainable revenue growth through strategic paid media initiatives.

• Engage in the recruitment process by participating in discussions and interviews with Recruitment, the Hiring Manager, CEO, and HR.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of demonstrated paid media experience in the adult vertical, including dating, cams, VOD, or similar sectors.

• Practical experience with ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, Adsterra, or comparable adult advertising networks.

• Proven ability to scale campaigns while achieving strong ROI and profitability.

• In-depth knowledge of campaign optimization, audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and creative testing.

• Experience handling six-figure monthly advertising budgets.

• Proficiency in using Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, or similar tracking systems.

• Strong analytical capabilities and aptitude for making data-driven choices.

• Comprehensive understanding of CTR, CVR, eCPA, eCPL, ARPU, retention, and customer acquisition economics.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document strategies and performance effectively.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in programmatic or RTB buying is a plus.

• Direct experience with SSPs, DSPs, or adult publishers is an advantage.

• Familiarity with API-based campaign automation is beneficial.

• Knowledge of compliance and age-verification regulations across EU, UK, and US markets is desirable.

• An established network within the adult advertising industry is a plus.
