Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, overseeing everything from logistics to post-event follow-up.

• Aid in the implementation of marketing and demand generation campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Provide ongoing support for the marketing team, including asset coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate closely with partner marketing, design, product marketing, and demand generation to ensure cross-functional projects remain on schedule.

• Organize and monitor marketing projects across the team, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• A strong desire to learn and develop skills across various marketing areas.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to excel while working at the intersection of multiple teams.

• A proactive and resourceful attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiarity with marketing or project management tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Notion) is preferred.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sectors is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time annually.

• May be required to participate in on-site interviews and/or complete in-person onboarding processes.
