Senior Marketplaces Specialist, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the regional marketing strategy and implementation for major marketplaces throughout LATAM.

• Adapt global campaigns, oversee media budgets, and work closely with the Brand team to ensure creative relevance, cultural impact, and compliance with marketplace standards.

• Oversee and enhance product detail pages, brand stores, and merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and conversion rates.

• Track customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance brand perception and engagement levels.

• Plan, execute, and refine paid digital search and display advertising campaigns.

• Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace partners, distributors, and agencies.

• Assess marketing performance and marketplace trends to deliver actionable insights on conversion, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

• Identify and develop new marketplace opportunities in collaboration with Sales to extend WHOOP’s presence in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing within Amazon, Mercado Libre, e-commerce, retail, or consumer marketing sectors.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Proven track record in managing campaigns and enhancing product visibility on Amazon and Mercado Libre.

• Experience working in multi-country, cross-functional settings.

• Strong project management abilities and execution skills.

• A data-driven approach and expertise in utilizing performance metrics for campaign optimization.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

• A passion for fitness, health, and technology is a plus.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 15% of the time.
