📋 Description

• Lead the expansion of the Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio while introducing enabling technologies.

• Initiate business development strategies to enhance portfolio value and maximize market impact.

• Create and implement strategies for existing offerings.

• Plan and carry out launch initiatives for next-generation technologies.

• Oversee the sales funnel utilizing Sales Force Dot Com.

• Monitor and optimize sales opportunities, forecasting, pipeline health, and sales team performance.

• Provide training programs for both customers and sales teams.

• Develop and execute reimbursement strategies aimed at market access and sustainable growth, particularly focusing on robotics.

• Establish a business intelligence system that includes competitive insights and objection-handling strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Spinal, Orthopaedics, or Neuromodulation therapies in sales or marketing positions.

• Background in capital sales or marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate a complex business environment and collaborate effectively with sales and regional marketing management.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
