Senior Marketing Specialist, Cardiac Ablation Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement regional marketing strategies and growth initiatives for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.

• Oversee regional marketing budgets and allocate investments effectively.

• Discover opportunities to enhance therapy adoption, utilization, and market penetration.

• Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams to advance account development strategies and procedural growth initiatives.

• Organize physician training programs, workshops, educational events, and customer engagement activities.

• Assist in executing product launches, planning for launch readiness, and enabling field activities.

• Evaluate sales performance, market trends, competitive activities, and adoption patterns to derive business insights.

• Create and distribute customer-facing materials, presentations, and commercial tools.

• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budget tracking, compliance coordination, and cross-functional project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

• Proven experience in supporting commercial growth, market development, or customer engagement initiatives.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

• Proficient in analyzing business performance data and providing actionable recommendations.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Preferred: Background in Cardiac Rhythm Management, Electrophysiology, or Cardiac Ablation therapies.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting product launches and portfolio expansion efforts.

• Preferred: Familiarity with operating across multi-country markets or distributor-based business models.

• Preferred: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred: Experience in planning and executing physician education programs and customer events.
