Senior Marketing Manager – HubSpot Marketing Pro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a principal architect for the marketing strategy, offering strategic insights instead of merely executing tasks.

• Recognize and engage with the Ideal Customer Profile within the industrial equipment and manufacturing sectors.

• Take full responsibility for managing and optimizing HubSpot Marketing Pro to automate workflows, track attribution, and oversee the lead lifecycle.

• Enhance and manage the digital presence across websites and social media platforms to boost brand visibility.

• Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo and Claude to provide the sales team with high-quality intelligence and marketing materials.

• Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aimed at converting long-cycle B2B prospects into dedicated customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to create marketing plans from scratch and critically analyze business growth opportunities.

• Extensive, hands-on experience in building and managing complex workflows within HubSpot Marketing Pro.

• Profound understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, particularly in engaging professional and industrial audiences.

• Strong skills in website management and professional social media strategy.

• Must be able to operate within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in capital equipment, heavy machinery, or the manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with managing marketing efforts for long-cycle, high-value sales ($100k+) is advantageous.

• Candidates located in Colombia are strongly preferred.
