This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop, implement, and enhance marketing initiatives for Gynecology within the US.
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at boosting da Vinci adoption, with an emphasis on da Vinci 5 and SP.
• Construct and execute marketing and tactical plans to meet projected growth targets.
• Generate qualitative and quantitative insights to comprehend markets, surgeons, practices, patient journeys, and clinical procedure steps.
• Formulate strategies, value messaging, collateral, tactics, and programs that demonstrate a return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze Gynecology market trends to establish competitive differentiation.
• Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning for projects and programs measured by ROI.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) surgeons to assess system and instrument usage while communicating value propositions.
• Identify KOLs by market segment and cultivate relationships with members and leaders of surgical societies.
• Oversee trade shows, digital and website development, and campaign tracking.
• Mentor Marketing colleagues on onboarding processes, marketing standards, and business acumen.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing projects and programs.
• Present findings and strategies to senior and executive leadership at Intuitive.
• Act as a Gynecology market expert, leveraging approved claims, surgeon feedback, and sales insights to drive growth.
• A minimum of 12 years of marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to align diverse teams and employ influence marketing strategies to achieve business impact.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proven skill in resolving open-ended issues and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Must be available to work full-time hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.
