This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of yearly marketing strategies for the US IDAST portfolio.
• Promote market acceptance and commercial success of the IDAST portfolio.
• Support pricing and commercial strategies that enhance adoption, profitability, and growth.
• Create value propositions, messaging, and positioning for laboratory and healthcare clientele.
• Keep track of local market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and commercial leadership to prioritize target accounts and boost portfolio adoption.
• Engage in customer visits, industry conferences, and professional gatherings.
• Provide marketing assistance for key accounts, regional efforts, and national initiatives.
• Implement product launch campaigns, educational programs, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Work together with digital marketing and communications teams on content and campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial Training teams.
• Customize global sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials for the U.S. market.
• Design and deliver product training for commercial field teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, or commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience in creating value propositions, messaging, and positioning.
• Proven background in engaging directly with customers through visits, industry conferences, and professional meetings.
• Experience in supporting the development and execution of pricing and commercial strategies.
• History of collaboration with sales teams and supporting commercial initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Preferred: experience in microbiology, infectious diseases, tuberculosis diagnostics, or laboratory medicine.
• Preferred: familiarity with diagnostic laboratories, public health institutions, and healthcare systems.
• Preferred: experience in supporting product launches within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of IDAST is desired.
