This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Act as the strategic analytics partner for Marketing and various cross-functional teams.
• Convert vague inquiries into actionable analyses, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage lead and account funnel analytics, focusing on conversion rates, velocity, quality, cohort performance, and outcome drivers.
• Establish attribution and ROI methodologies for marketing initiatives, including marketing development funds, co-marketing efforts, and marketing-funded SPIFFs.
• Create targeting and measurement models for an inside sales approach aimed at product-led growth prospects.
• Develop account intelligence and scoring systems for account-based marketing, expansion, and the adoption of new products.
• Direct the analytical narrative for Marketing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), operational reviews, and strategic planning.
• Design experiments and measurement strategies to assess which programs and growth initiatives should be scaled, modified, or discontinued.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data teams to create scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls.
• Gain proficiency in Salesforce, Snowflake, Sigma, and current marketing reporting tools.
• Manage essential marketing reporting and deliverables at the end of each quarter.
• Enhance dashboards and reporting for precision, usability, and actionable insights.
• Build a support model and feedback mechanism with Field Marketing.
• Evaluate funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contributions.
• Standardize marketing metrics and definitions across Marketing, RevOps, and Finance.
• Produce executive-ready reports for QBRs and business evaluations.
• Offer insights into funnel performance, pipeline generation, and the efficacy of marketing investments.
• Conduct priority analysis such as Field Marketing ROI, ABM targeting, or identifying PLG and ISR opportunities.
• Suggest enhancements for marketing measurement, attribution, and investment strategies.
• Minimize recurring ad hoc requests by implementing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, growth, revenue, or GTM analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficient in advanced SQL.
• Familiarity with customer, campaign, product usage, CRM, and cloud warehouse data.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel measurement, attribution, experimentation, account-based marketing, and pipeline economics.
• Capability to independently analyze complex problems and deliver defensible, decision-ready recommendations.
• Experience in building scalable dashboards and data products.
• Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in executive settings.
• High standards for data accuracy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfort working as a strategic, hands-on individual contributor.
