Manager, Analytics Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into objectives, economic factors, processes, constraints, and decision-making.

• Question existing assumptions and transform ambiguous business challenges into clear hypotheses, analyses, and decision-making frameworks.

• Analyze and interpret data, perform rapid analyses, recognize patterns, and convert findings into actionable business implications and recommendations.

• Utilize GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to generate ideas, analyze information, and create functional prototypes.

• Draw on the expertise of data scientists, engineers, domain specialists, product teams, and AI agents when deeper insight is needed.

• Present findings in straightforward business language, suggest actions, and convert recommendations into quantifiable business outcomes.

• Test emerging AI and technological capabilities to enhance business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or a similar decision-focused business environment.

• Strong curiosity about business and adeptness in problem-solving.

• Proven experience in directly engaging with business stakeholders and senior leadership.

• High analytical orientation and comfort in hands-on data manipulation.

• Ability to transition from business questions to hypotheses, analyses, insights, and decisions/actions.

• Capability to constructively challenge stakeholders rather than merely accepting their requirements.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and addressing loosely defined challenges.

• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools, and/or Python.

• Strong interest and practical skills in GenAI, AI agents, and emerging productivity and development tools.

• Quick learner of new technologies without needing to be an advanced software engineer.

• Ability to unite business, analytics, technology, and specialist teams to swiftly deliver solutions.
