Product Manager – Analytics Consulting, MDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Gather, validate, and incorporate land, lease, title, deed, mineral, and royalty ownership data into internal databases, GIS, and land systems.

• Lead and/or assist in data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation efforts across diverse teams.

• Convert intricate business needs into analytical requirements, process documentation, and actionable insights.

• Aid in data mapping, reporting, KPI development, and initiatives focused on data quality across various systems and workflows.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment, testing, implementation, and ongoing improvement.

• Work independently, offering coordination, follow-through, insights, and status updates across multiple priorities.

• Assist in due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and investment analysis by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of land, mineral, and royalty data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supporting business, data, or operational workflows within a complex organization.

• Strong expertise in Excel for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting involving large or intricate datasets.

• Proficient in SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing structured data as well as Master Data Management.

• Capability to swiftly understand new business domains, systems, and content structures to meet cross-functional needs.

• Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, data definitions, and workflow logic in a clear, structured, and reusable manner.

• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous, or evolving business needs into actionable requirements and operational solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams and IT.

• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent priorities and effectively adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Proficient in drafting clear, professional communications for stakeholders, including project updates, process guidance, and status summaries.

• Capable of creating, maintaining, and disseminating documentation, business context, and process knowledge to support stakeholder alignment and team effectiveness.
