Manager – Analytics Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Utilize data science methodologies to address business challenges.

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to convert business issues into comprehensive analytics solution frameworks.

• Deliver analytical solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solutions and their business value.

• Create end-to-end analytics solutions founded on a thorough understanding of business problems.

• Oversee analytics projects while working alongside client stakeholders and Tiger’s globally distributed team.

• Choose and implement appropriate analytic techniques to generate actionable business insights.

• Present findings to senior management and convey results to business teams.

• Formulate strategies to operationalize analytic solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in data analytics.

• Capability to engage with executive/VP-level client stakeholders and translate business challenges into strategic analytics solutions.

• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms.

• Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities.

• Proficient in collaborating with global teams.

• Strong SQL proficiency.

• Practical experience with R, Python, Qlik, or Tableau.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies like Hadoop HDFS and Hive is advantageous.

• Ability to collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytic outputs into business workflows.

• Degree in Business Analytics or MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
