This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Kalosys's social media presence comprehensively, focusing primarily on LinkedIn, with a publishing frequency of 2–3 times per week.
• Transform raw executive insights into polished, brand-aligned posts utilizing the AI-assisted content pipeline.
• Assist in enhancing executive personal branding through drafting, scheduling, and engagement support.
• Oversee community engagement, maintain the content calendar, and uphold brand standards.
• Provide monthly reports on audience growth, engagement metrics, and content performance.
• Take full responsibility for the execution of conferences, partner-sponsored events, client gatherings, and the annual general meeting.
• Manage sponsorship deliverables and timelines, which include booth logistics, promotional items, collateral, session materials, and vendor management.
• Coordinate onsite arrangements, staffing logistics, lead capture, and event teardown.
• Execute pre- and post-event marketing strategies and facilitate CRM lead handoff.
• Monitor event budgets, return on investment, and commitments.
• Supervise the HubSpot partner agency, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Track 6sense intent-data alerts and implement routing strategies.
• Responsible for monthly marketing performance reporting across various channels.
• Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and manage vendor/subscription administration.
• Collaborate directly with the President & CEO and coordinate with a design contractor and HubSpot partner agency.
• Expand into broader responsibilities for marketing programs and operations.
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B marketing coordination, social media management, or marketing operations, with independently led programs.
• Proven experience managing a company’s social media presence with measurable growth outcomes.
• Experience in event coordination, including conferences, sponsorships, or corporate events.
• Background in directing agencies or contractors, encompassing briefing tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Proficient understanding of HubSpot.
• Familiarity with HeyReach.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Genuine fluency with AI technologies, including validating outputs, safeguarding confidential information, and maintaining an executive’s authentic voice.
• Highly organized and dependable in meeting deadlines.
• Located in the United States with the ability to travel as required.
• Experience in an IT services, consulting, or MSP firm, or marketing to CIO/CTO/CISO audiences (preferred).
• Exposure to intent platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, or account-based marketing motions (preferred).
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe for minor asset creation (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
