This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Report directly to the West Director of Regional Marketing.
• Create and implement strategies and tactics for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that support BeOne’s hematology oncology products within the United States.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations, and Business Analytics teams.
• Act as a Regional Marketer on the Customer Enterprise Team, focusing on the Hematology portfolio, including Brukinsa and Beqalzi.
• Develop and execute integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies and plans for Brukinsa and Beqalzi.
• Forge partnerships with external KOL customers and partners, influencing commercial strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Represent BeOne at meetings, conferences, and events both within the US and internationally as required.
• Create a promotional speaker bureau strategy along with educational programs.
• Implement integrated commercial and marketing initiatives at national and regional scientific gatherings.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate market insights, challenges, barriers, and potential solutions.
• Generate promotional peer-to-peer content and programming, including product theaters and conference promotional education.
• Design and execute commercial advisory boards to guide brand strategies.
• Assess and apply innovative KOL tactics to achieve brand objectives.
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), brand/tactical planning, and Launch Readiness Reviews.
• Drive business outcomes and contribute to cultural and people initiatives that align with BeOne’s mission and values.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing is preferred.
• Previous experience with biotech or pharmaceutical product launches in the US market is preferred.
• Proven ability to build actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL customers and internal commercial teams, including medical affairs and clinical development colleagues.
• Proficient in influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as scientific and commercial teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Capability to synthesize data and deliver clear presentations of commercial insights, opportunities, and risks.
• Strong skills in communication, strategic agility, achieving results, and fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to craft compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
• Competence in managing and optimizing workflow processes with Excel.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
