Senior Marketing and Communications Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Review and authenticate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox

• Establish and oversee Marketing and Working List folders

• Construct intricate searches to generate focused contact lists

• Manage the import and export of lists

• Design and format Business Development reports

• Extract, analyze, and present data from CRM and email marketing platforms

• Handle unsubscribe requests in accordance with the Firm’s privacy policy

• Ensure adherence to global data privacy regulations

• Uphold the integrity of essential contact lists

• Create subsidiary company structures, investigate new contacts, and conduct regular data checks

• Develop and implement data hygiene schedules, which include duplicate cleansing and record updates

• Process employee onboarding and offboarding in the CRM system

• Assist in the daily administration of the Vuture platform

• Set up basic user accounts and resolve issues

• Create, test, and launch email campaigns, newsletters, and other Firm communications

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and KPIs

• Integrate Vuture campaigns and forms with InterAction lists, contacts, and fields

• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Communications, and IT

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

• Experience with CRM and Email Marketing platforms

• Three years of experience with LexisNexis InterAction

• One year of eMarketing experience; Vuture experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and produce detailed and accurate work

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Must adhere to the employer’s request to avoid the use of AI tools during interviews
