Senior Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Analyze marketing performance metrics throughout the EMEA region, pinpointing trends, achievements, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Offer data-driven recommendations to the VP of Marketing and the wider marketing team.

• Collaborate with sales strategy and analytics, global marketing, and customer engagement teams to conduct market analysis and execute strategic initiatives.

• Advocate for advanced analytics, marketing technologies, and data-informed insights to modernize marketing practices.

• Develop and present reports that transform intricate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Provide insights to International Marketing teams across both B2B and B2C sales funnels.

• Identify high-potential opportunities for Sales teams.

• Cultivate relationships across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience, with proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, Looker, SQL, and Tableau.

• Over 3 years of experience utilizing data to extract insights and effectively communicating to leadership teams to shape business strategy.

• A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments and is skilled at building relationships within diverse groups.

• A creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about using data to drive innovation and enhance marketing practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Experience with AI products (e.g., LLMs, copilots, RAG apps, workflow tools).

• Previous direct experience in developing or co-developing an MMM model, or serving as an embedded analytics partner to an MMM/data science team.

• Background in B2B marketing analytics, consulting, or an agency setting.

• Experience working in multiple regions or within a global, matrixed organization.
