Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop the monthly content calendar for Instagram accounts, aligning it with the editorial structure and demand generation objectives.

• Oversee testing cycles for various formats and content pillars, utilizing data to inform decisions.

• Manage account conversion rates and the lead journey, encompassing bios, Stories, and direct messages.

• Implement and manage conversation automation for lead qualification and delivery.

• Conduct social listening and track trending topics that are pertinent to the industry.

• Analyze account data and convert insights into content strategies, accompanied by monthly reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to create scripts and captions for Reels, carousels, and Stories, from initial briefing to final approval.

• Design and sustain a partnership program with clients and industry influencers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in social media, focusing on leading brand account strategy rather than merely execution.

• Proven experience in developing and refining editorial structures, including content pillars, formats, cadence, and testing criteria.

• Proficient in scripting short-form videos and writing captions, with a solid understanding of hooks, retention, and calls to action.

• Advanced knowledge of Instagram’s native metrics and the ability to translate data into content-calendar strategies.

• Experience in directing video production from initial briefing to final approval, collaborating with internal teams and freelancers.

• Capability to independently plan, prioritize, and make informed decisions.

• Preferred: experience within B2B or SaaS business models.

• Preferred: familiarity with conversation automation and social listening for demand generation purposes.

• Preferred: experience with creator programs, collaborations, or customer advocacy initiatives.

• Preferred: experience utilizing AI in content creation while maintaining high-quality standards.
