This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate marketing performance across channels including paid acquisition, events, product marketing, and website effectiveness.
• Create, manage, and enhance dashboards for performance tracking across product marketing, events, and website teams.
• Assist marketing stakeholders with on-demand analyses, metric explorations, and reporting tasks.
• Provide insights into declines in leads or campaign effectiveness.
• Engage with acquisition funnels, marketing expenditures, and attribution models, including multi-touch attribution when relevant.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Analytics and Unit Economics to guarantee consistent definitions, metrics, and data models.
• Enhance data quality, standardize metric definitions, and minimize discrepancies across dashboards and reports.
• Address the daily analytical requirements of marketing teams.
• Participate in long-term enhancements of marketing analytics.
• Fortify Sumsub's Sales & Marketing Analytics team by delivering data-driven insights and establishing solid analytical foundations.
• 3–4+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically in marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics, campaign performance evaluation, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks.
• Experience in creating clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders.
• Capability to investigate issues, clarify metric fluctuations, and convert data into actionable insights.
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with analytical databases such as ClickHouse or similar systems.
• Experience with BI tools for developing dashboards and reports, such as Apache Superset or equivalent.
• Background in web analytics tools and website performance evaluation is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with DBT or other data transformation tools is beneficial, though not required.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis or automation is an asset.
• Experience with web analytics, attribution modeling, and DBT is desirable.
