This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as the strategic connector between the agency and its clients in the West portfolio.
• Create thorough localized marketing strategies and plans that address market, sales, and customer challenges in the West region.
• Spot opportunities for localized marketing programs that align with client objectives.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Travel as necessary.
• Initiate and implement marketing initiatives, programs, communications, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign and program KPIs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and showcase value to clients.
• Team up with internal program and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize resource use.
• Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Develop and oversee marketing budgets.
• Monitor spending, perform variance analyses, and provide precise forecasting.
• Work with finance teams to ensure adherence to financial compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong grasp of demand generation, digital marketing, and localized marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
• Experience with marketing initiatives focused on energy or sustainability.
• Familiarity with the New Jersey market and its distinct challenges and opportunities.
• Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
