This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the health and growth of hotel supply in the designated territory
• Manage accounts for individual hotels and chains while acquiring top-notch inventory
• Enhance the market presence of the Hotel category within the assigned territory
• Act as the local expert in the market, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Partner with hotels to strategize and manage daily operations
• Ensure that HotelTonight and Airbnb offer the finest inventory and deals available
• Take ownership of hotel portfolio performance and success in relation to OKRs
• Secure inventory and implement strategic approaches for hotel and serviced apartment partners
• Evaluate, analyze, and execute strategies to optimize market performance
• Present to and deliver outstanding service to hotel partners
• Analyze local trends and market dynamics, including pricing, seasonality, and booking patterns
• Mentor colleagues and offer guidance on account management strategies and complex problem-solving
• Sell to and foster relationships with senior-level hotel executives
• Advise hotel and serviced apartment partners on best practices in the hospitality industry and revenue management
• Collaborate with Senior Market Managers, Regional Managers, and cross-functional partners on regional supply strategies and initiatives
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• At least 2 years of experience in the tech or travel industry is advantageous
• Capability to manage constantly shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Skill in establishing and influencing relationships with senior-level hotel executives
• Ability to function as both a player and a coach, serving as a resource to Market Managers
• Familiarity with leading complex and/or cross-functional projects from inception to completion
• Capacity to balance daily responsibilities with long-term strategic execution
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take necessary actions to complete tasks
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time
• Must reside in Los Angeles, CA
