
Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Strategy – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the enterprise workforce planning capabilities at ServiceTitan.
• Establish the long-term vision, roadmap, and operational framework in collaboration with FP&A, HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and various business stakeholders.
• Create models for demand forecasting, headcount, and scenario planning that link workforce decisions to costs, capacities, and business results.
• Assess and restructure workforce and headcount planning processes, which include data collection, forecasting frequency, and approval workflows.
• Take ownership of and enhance the data infrastructure, tools, and reporting related to workforce planning.
• Develop pipelines and dashboards that provide leadership with self-serve access to headcount and capacity insights.
• Persuade senior stakeholders to embrace new models, frameworks, and operational methodologies.
• Prepare and present workforce strategy analyses and recommendations suitable for executive review.
• Convert complex data into straightforward narratives for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A on governance of headcount, budget cycles, and long-term workforce cost planning.
• Over 6 years of experience in FP&A, business/data analytics, management consulting, or a similar quantitative strategy role.
• Experience in workforce planning is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling is essential.
• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in creating forecasting, capacity, or scenario models from the ground up using incomplete or disorganized data.
• Experience in identifying and resolving inefficient or manual processes while creating scalable, repeatable systems.
• Capability to drive change and foster support among Finance, HR, and business leaders without formal authority.
• Ability to function at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong executive presence along with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Capability to thrive in uncertain environments within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
