Family Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee around 100 active cases from the signing of contracts to their final resolution.

• Act as the main point of contact through consistent inbound and outbound communications via calls and texts.

• Assist families throughout the entire service process with compassion, clarity, and professionalism.

• Organize transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and the return of ashes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure cases progress smoothly.

• Keep precise and timely documentation across all platforms.

• Utilize HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system to establish context and manage workflows.

• Work together on coverage, escalations, urgent situations, and seamless transitions.

• Anticipate downstream effects and uphold continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years managing a caseload or book of accounts from start to finish.

• Background in case management, patient or client coordination, claims processing, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Capability to handle 100+ cases concurrently.

• Detail-oriented in record-keeping and documentation practices.

• Proficient in managing communications primarily through phone and text.

• Highly responsible, proactive, and innovative when addressing escalations.

• Ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize effectively.

• Home office setup with stable internet and a quiet, comfortable working environment.

• Must be willing to commit long-term to working from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
