This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Market Owners both individually and collectively to track performance, forecast outcomes, identify market opportunities, and develop growth hypotheses.
• Act as a reliable thought partner on critical, ambiguous inquiries and strategic priorities.
• Generate insights and implement growth strategies that enhance retention, broaden customer relationships, and foster sustainable revenue expansion.
• Manage the complete spectrum of analyses, from problem structuring and analysis development to narrative crafting, executive presentations, and follow-up on implementation.
• Transform complex operational and customer data into clear insights for planning, risk identification, and executive decision-making.
• Develop and refine planning rhythms, goals, and success metrics to ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.
• Create structured executive-level perspectives for Jane leadership.
• Establish collaborative relationships with Marketing, Support, Vertical Market General Managers, and other teams.
• Design repeatable frameworks and self-service tools to expedite and enhance the rigor of recurring analytical tasks.
• 2–3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), demonstrating a track record of driving operational enhancements and leading strategic initiatives.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Tech BizOps, corporate strategy, or similar analytical roles will also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in developing complex financial models.
• Comfortable working with large and imperfect datasets.
• Capable of producing defensible answers.
• SQL experience is advantageous; a willingness to learn SQL is also welcome.
• A hypothesis-driven, answer-first structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to deconstruct ambiguous, poorly defined issues and create a clear path to solutions.
• Skill in constructing coherent narratives, developing supporting presentations, and communicating to executive stakeholders.
• Capable of making progress without a fully outlined brief and effectively prioritizing under time constraints.
• Detail-oriented, producing work that meets the standards of an executive-level audience.
• Able to work independently while building trust and collaborating effectively across the organization.
• Experience in or exposure to B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Familiarity with the allied health sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Annual salary range of $150,000 to $185,000.
