This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee projects within the customer base of the US industry.
β’ Cultivate, finalize, and sustain engagement with APx technology, which encompasses AP1000, AP300, and LDES solutions.
β’ Spearhead customer interactions and formulate capture plans across all stages of the sales cycle.
β’ Act as the liaison between clients and both delivery and commercial teams.
β’ Direct commercial-related initiatives and priorities.
β’ Organize customer deliverables, identify and close actions, maintain the D365 pipeline, and handle internal reporting.
β’ Collaborate with global markets to comprehend client organizations and their priorities.
β’ Uphold a prominent industry presence as a recognized expert and leader in APX technology.
β’ Facilitate market research and pinpoint new business prospects.
β’ Generate reports on industry developments, competitor actions, regulatory shifts, sales activities, proposal statuses, and business development initiatives.
β’ Align capture plans, presentations, and strategies with APX Project Delivery, Global Markets, Partner Development, and Commercial/Marketing teams.
β’ Detect commercial and technical risks and create strategies for mitigation.
β’ Assist in the proposal approval and partner agreement processes.
β’ Guide the closure of actions related to contracts, agreements, and project-term negotiations.
β’ Collaborate with legal, financial, contracts, and technical teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and client interests.
β’ Stay updated on technological innovations, engineering trends, and the competitive market landscape.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Nuclear or Energy Industry.
β’ Familiarity with the nuclear utility industry and its regulatory landscape.
β’ Understanding of global marketing principles and industry practices.
β’ Knowledge of strategic planning methodologies.
β’ Proficiency in negotiation techniques, commercial terms and conditions, and contract management.
β’ Awareness of utility work processes and corporate cultures.
β’ Insight into business planning and operational processes.
