This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and nurture relationships with essential travel partners while ensuring their success by utilizing Capital One Ads’ solutions.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives of external stakeholders to enhance and grow Capital One Ads’ influence in the travel industry.
• Transform key accounts into strategic allies, fostering sustainable revenue streams, increasing market share, and expanding product reach.
• Employ data and analytical techniques to optimize and enhance the assigned portfolio of travel accounts.
• Propel business growth through comprehensive long-term account strategies and increased product engagement.
• Provide education, support, and training to agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders regarding Capital One Shopping’s offerings.
• Partner with Product, Revenue Management, and other internal teams to stimulate business expansion.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of enterprise travel relationships and build consensus among various teams.
• Design and present executive-level presentations and materials.
• Act as the primary intermediary between clients and internal teams.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a strategic client-facing sales or account management position.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing, selling, and cultivating relationships with merchants in the travel sector.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in reviewing or analyzing data.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and data-analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience in strategic client-facing interactions (in-person, phone, email).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating complex, multi-threaded sales processes with a variety of technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in identifying, creating, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Prior experience in fully owning client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Over 8 years of affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing experience (preferred).
• Strong existing connections and a thorough understanding of the Travel ecosystem (preferred).
• Experience in managing technical integrations (preferred).
• Currently, Capital One will not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
