Senior Manager, Technology Product Management

📋 Description

• Take charge of product management for JLL's Order to Cash processes, which encompass Contracts, Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and third-party integrations.

• Oversee these functions within JLL's unified PeopleSoft 9.2 instance, supporting financial operations across over 42 countries.

• Lead a team of Product Managers, Product Specialists, and Production Support personnel.

• Drive product strategy from initial conception and definition to end-of-life considerations.

• Execute the approved three-year ERP strategy and roadmap in collaboration with global and regional finance partners.

• Ensure the robustness of the ERP Order to Cash processes and address priority issues as they arise.

• Establish a performance management framework focused on process efficiency, issue resolution, and business value delivery.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify configuration, customization, or new functionality solutions.

• Facilitate the rollout of modules and features across various business units and geographic locations.

• Maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and process guides.

• Enhance processes through system configuration and automation initiatives.

• Manage operational issues, including reporting, resolution, and mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate technical tasks with Oracle and third-party vendors.

• Supervise the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch and iteration.

• Report to the Executive Technology Product Manager and collaborate with senior finance and technology management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Extensive functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules.

• Proficiency in the Order to Cash process.

• Experience in supporting a global ERP rollout is essential.

• PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management are preferred.

• Oracle Accreditations are desirable.

• Familiarity with process automation tools and emerging technologies, such as GenAI applications, is preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage complex projects, and achieve results.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit requirements concerning billing and revenue workflows is required.
