This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and expand SimSpace’s ecosystem of third-party security technologies and the AI Proving Grounds Consortium.
• Enhance SimSpace’s cyber range ecosystem to facilitate customer use-case marketplaces and potential collaborative go-to-market strategies.
• Foster relationships that expedite the testing and adoption of agentic capabilities in both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships and Alliance, CTO, Product, and Sales Engineering to prioritize categories and establish technical/business value theses.
• Oversee joint technology-validation processes and identify areas for alignment.
• Create and scale revenue-generating strategies and joint go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Act as the primary contact and program manager for entities involved in the AI-Proving-Grounds Consortium.
• Partner with agentic AI cyber vendors and consulting firms to promote the safe, trusted, and effective adoption of AI agents in cybersecurity operations.
• Lead thought-leadership events, both virtual and in-person, targeted at C-suite executives and cybersecurity leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing on events related to the AI-Proving-Grounds Consortium.
• Create marketing collateral in partnership with Consortium members.
• Maintain a monthly engagement with each participating partner.
• Structure and negotiate multi-tenant licenses for deploying partner technologies within the cyber range.
• Educate technology partners about the use of simulated environments, telemetry, APIs, workflows, and objectives for partner expansion and retention.
• Serve as the main sourcing contact for onboarding, documentation alignment, and technical coordination with Range Operations and Customer Support.
• Design internal workflows and SLAs for customer and prospect requests, including budget considerations and the procurement of third-party technology through Engage.
• Collaborate across teams with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• 6–8 years of experience in technical partnerships, alliances, product management, or business development within the fields of cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of contemporary security architectures, SOC workflows, security data pipelines, and the impact of AI on these areas.
• Experience working with security vendors, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, or hyperscaler security ecosystems.
• Comfort in engaging with product managers, engineers, and security architects regarding technical discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue-driven technical ecosystem partnerships effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey technical concepts in terms of partner value.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for partner meetings, industry events, and customer sessions.
• Familiarity with SOC, threat detection, incident response, and security vendor business development and partnerships is advantageous.
• Experience with agentic security, AI-driven tools, or automation platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of sell-with or ecosystem-driven go-to-market models is beneficial.
