Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing remote recruitment team by establishing priorities, mentoring team members, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring achievement of hiring objectives.

• Oversee the complete hiring process, achieving hundreds of hires annually across various functions and levels.

• Enhance time-to-fill, candidate pipeline quality, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rates.

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers on staffing strategies, hiring priorities, talent market realities, and organizational goals.

• Set clear expectations, enforce hiring discipline, and facilitate effective decision-making throughout the recruitment process.

• Implement and refine structured hiring practices, intake processes, calibrated interview loops, and evaluation scorecards.

• Streamline recruiting technology, processes, and reporting mechanisms.

• Manage the careers site and job description strategy to enhance applicant quality and boost employee referrals.

• Utilize recruitment metrics and market insights to deliver data-driven recommendations.

• Oversee vendor, agency, and RPO strategy while optimizing vendor expenditures.

• Assess and integrate technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance recruiter efficiency, hiring manager experience, and candidate engagement.

• Report directly to the Head of Global Talent Strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership of recruiting teams within dynamic, expanding organizations.

• Proven success in hiring across technical, go-to-market (GTM), and corporate/business functions simultaneously.

• Experience managing a remote or distributed recruiting team.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire.

• Practical experience with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of new tools or systems.

• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and prioritizing hiring needs.

• Ability to influence hiring managers and ensure accountability throughout the recruitment process.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, and recruiting technology.

• Experience leveraging recruitment metrics and market insights to guide workforce planning and talent decisions.

• Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing recruitment teams.

• Strong dedication to candidate experience, structured hiring, and ongoing improvement.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
