This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and projects to meet business objectives by defining project scopes, formulating hypotheses, conducting analyses, and presenting insights and recommendations.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion with significant autonomy, making trade-offs as priorities shift.
• Assess market segments, product offerings, and business models to uncover new business opportunities and avenues for growth for Health100.
• Prepare succinct written analyses and choose suitable formats, such as presentations, memos, or meetings, to convey insights and solicit support or feedback.
• Effectively communicate and present strategies, business cases, and progress updates to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Navigate intricate organizational and interpersonal dynamics to deliver high-quality work to the appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Facilitate productive, decision-oriented discussions and adjust the approach to enhance meeting effectiveness.
• Utilize AI technology to expedite analytical tasks and material creation, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Attend industry events and engage in professional networks to remain informed about industry trends and market changes.
• Assist the Health100 Growth & Profitability team in reaching short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in highly regulated or diversified healthcare organizations, or a combination of experience serving healthcare organizations in a strategic or advisory capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to synthesize and analyze extensive datasets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Skills in collaboration and teamwork.
• A growth mindset, including adaptability and a focus on personal and team development.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, encompassing planning, delivering, and supporting initiatives.
• Skills in engaging with executives effectively.
• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience managing individual contributors in project-based roles.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
