Network Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Analyze, develop, and maintain financial and operational tools that enhance the understanding of network value and its integration into underwriting modeling.

• Implement capabilities to boost automation and improve data accuracy.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business inquiries.

• Collaborate with and present findings to Network Development, Pricing/Underwriting, Operations, and Finance teams.

• Design and sustain BigQuery/SQL processes that integrate with master claims tables for cost of goods modeling.

• Generate standard data summary outputs to identify trends.

• Create and support financial impact reports and dashboards based on Excel and Tableau for leadership decision-making and strategic planning.

• Build Excel models to address business questions and quantify network value.

• Perform additional ad hoc financial modeling and other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of analytical experience in network, contracting, pricing, and/or finance.

• More than 3 years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, or a related healthcare sector.

• Proficient in utilizing Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUP's, and pivot tables.

• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization techniques.

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of work experience is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing pharmaceutical data.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP's, and pivot tables.

• Experience with BigQuery/SQL, Dataiku programming languages (Python/R), and data visualization tools.

• Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within an organization.

• Background in reporting and data analytics.
