Senior Credit Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform structured analyses of credit and collections portfolio performance, identifying trends, variances, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Track indicators related to credit origination, delinquency, recovery, losses, portfolio profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Create customer and portfolio segmentation studies to enhance credit, collections, renegotiation, and recovery strategies.

• Assess existing policies and strategies, recommending modifications to operating parameters, decision-making processes, approval authorities, and collection actions.

• Keep an eye on vintage, roll-rate, recovery, approval, over-30, over-60, over-90, and net-loss indicators.

• Develop, automate, and improve dashboards, executive reports, and analytical routines.

• Analyze collections campaigns and recovery initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness and financial return on investment.

• Generate forecasts, simulations, and scenario analyses to aid strategic planning and decisions related to expansion, profitability, and risk management.

• Assess suppliers and partners within the credit and collections ecosystem.

• Create executive presentations, technical opinions, and management materials for leadership, committees, and the executive board.

• Execute action plans resulting from internal and external audits.

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Proficient in Excel (intermediate level).

• Proficient in SQL (intermediate level).

• Proficient in Power BI (intermediate level).

• Knowledge of Applied Statistics for Business.

• Understanding of financial products and credit.

• Knowledge of Python (preferred).

• Familiarity with Databricks (preferred).

• Experience with automation and ETL tools (preferred).

• Knowledge of risk and collections indicators (preferred).

• Project management skills (preferred).
