
Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Elevation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Collaborate with the VP of Talent Strategy & Elevation to co-develop the enterprise talent strategy.
• Design the philosophy, governance, frameworks, and a multi-year roadmap for talent management.
• Implement performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Create calibration philosophy, succession methodologies, performance differentiation, and segmentation criteria.
• Manage enterprise talent calendars, toolkits, launch governance, readiness assessments, analytics, and follow-through processes.
• Establish annual calibration processes and develop manager toolkits.
• Oversee PIP and coaching standards across various brands.
• Analyze performance outcomes and maintain HRIS talent modules.
• Design talent review processes, assessment frameworks, readiness ratings, and talent segmentation strategies.
• Identify high-potential criteria, program effectiveness metrics, and success measures.
• Develop succession planning methodologies and critical-role succession plans.
• Promote internal mobility strategies, career pathing frameworks, and cross-brand mobility opportunities.
• Integrate succession depth, skills gap analysis, and readiness data with workforce planning.
• Collaborate on organizational effectiveness diagnostics and measure people-program efficacy.
• Lead governance for program launches and report metrics to the VP and CHRO.
• Travel frequently to centers and field sites to understand brand nuances and establish relationships with field leaders.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR.
• At least 3 years of experience in owning or co-owning enterprise-level talent management programs and leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience in designing talent review, succession, and performance systems from scratch.
• Experience in a large, distributed organization with over 10,000 employees is strongly preferred.
• Developed talent philosophy and capability to engage in strategy discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional operational discipline, encompassing calendar creation, toolkit design, milestone tracking, and follow-up.
• Proficient in facilitation, stakeholder management, executive presence, and influencing without authority within a matrixed environment.
• Strong collaborative skills with Learning & Development, HR Operations, and HR Business Partner teams.
• Data-oriented with the ability to create narratives from talent outcomes data.
• Workday Talent or equivalent HRIS experience is required.
• Sincere willingness to visit centers, learn about brands, and cultivate relationships beyond the corporate office.
• Comfortable with occasional travel for program implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
