This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Build, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across the US & Canada, elevating standards through recruitment, guidance, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement technical sales strategies that drive enterprise adoption and directly contribute to revenue growth.
• Create scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry-specific playbooks, executive narratives, business cases, and technical delivery frameworks that enhance consistency and improve win rates.
• Lead technical interactions with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Assist customers in designing secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, VPC, and on-premises environments.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights and market demands into platform enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Continuously refine technical sales processes, customer onboarding, and solution delivery practices to optimize team productivity and customer results.
• Over 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture, with a minimum of 5 years leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, with a proven track record of building or transforming organizations.
• Experience in leading complex enterprise solution engagements, creating business cases, implementation plans, and executive-level solution recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, agentic AI, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid deployments, security, and governance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise Sales teams, influence strategic deals, and convey business value to executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive presence with the capability to communicate intricate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments.
• Experience in developing repeatable solution-selling methodologies and assisting generalist technical teams to perform at a consistently high level.
• Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or in applied AI consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting clients in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, or the public sector.
• Proven ability to function in high-growth environments where speed, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
